The Data Processing Addendum describes the responsibilities, roles, and processing expectations between ZaraFly. and customers where personal data is handled on a customer’s behalf.
The DPA applies to customer account information, authorised product usage data, support interactions, and connected platform data processed to deliver the service.
ZaraFly. implements reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, supports customer rights requests where applicable, and maintains appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Authorised subprocessors may be engaged to provide hosting, analytics, support, or payment related infrastructure needed to operate the service.
Where relevant, cross border processing is supported through appropriate contractual or operational safeguards.
